the emphasis on relationship building was first and foremost, because we have to have relationship between the graduate students and the neighborhood leaders to have repeated ways of getting out to the community in a real and genuine way. So it's more so just like teaching graduate students that they need to be thinking about outreach in a way that's not just, I'm going to take a Saturday afternoon go in front of my laboratories, my laboratories like lobby area and do some activities with kids who came here with their parents who are also professors or scientists or something like that.
